Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently offer delivery only within selected areas of Delhi NCR.

  • Delivery availability depends on your location and serviceable PIN codes.

  • We currently do not offer delivery outside our serviceable Delhi NCR areas.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on your delivery location and product availability.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by delivery delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Delivery is completely free for all eligible orders within our serviceable Delhi NCR areas.

  • No shipping charges will be added at checkout.

  • For certain heavy, oversized, or specially handled products, any applicable additional charges will be communicated to the customer before dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners may attempt delivery up to two or three times.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be returned to us.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.

  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please inform the delivery executive and contact us within 24–48 hours with photos or videos.

  • If any package or item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and assist you.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Dawar’s Open World is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Please verify your address, contact number, and PIN code before placing your order.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
